Specially since you say data works through something else. Try call the providers tech and get some info. Maybe the devices region is set up wrong or something. Have you extensively browsed/read the data sheet? looked for other examples specifically using cingular?.. so much is out there already.. Sorry I cant be more helpful, I haven’t played with it lately. I’ve been doing other mobile-related stuff :D
